Lexington Poetry Month Sign Up

Enter your user information below. A red asterisk * means that you MUST enter that information.

Log in Information

If you signed up last year, just enter the email address you used. You'll still need to write your pen name (if you want one), bio, and reason for signing up; those do not get imported year-to-year.

Your email address will act as your username when you sign-in to submit poems.

e.g. "sj.johnson@gmail.com"
Pick something you'll remember that's also hard to guess.

Profile Information

The "Pseudonym/Pen Name" is how your name will appear publicly. If you want to leave it blank, though, we'll just use your First and Last name.
e.g. "Samantha Jo"
e.g. "Johnson"
e.g. "S. J. Johnson" or "Sam Johnson" or "Mama Jo", or whatever you go by
If you have a website or blog (or Twitter, Facebook, etc), we can link back to it. If you don't, that's cool, too!
Image cannot exceed 2 megabytes.
This is your biography. Please write this in the third person, e.g. "John is a poet" instead of "I am a poet", etc.
This is what gets included in the anthology when it is published, so write with that in mind.
Write this however you'd like!
