MAN PAGES: BORDER COMMAND
draw a box around the edges:
left side,
right side,
top side,
bottom side,
top left-hand corner,
top right-hand corner,
bottom left-hand corner, and
bottom right-hand corner.
All OK, but this appears
to be an error.
The borders generated are inside borders
(this is also true of curses,
though the fact is not documented).
Note that border and box
may be conditions.

like “this is true of curses, though the fact is not documented.”
poetry hidden in tech manuals. I guess it’s hidden everywhere if we only look
‘All ok, but this appears to be an error.’ That line is way too close to my life right now!
This one resonates, especially “borders generated are inside borders.”
I love the openness off these lines “the borders generated are inside borders/ this is also true of curses”… note that border and box/may be conditions” — how many meanings, especially now, that can be construed there.
Thought-provoking!
