Night Breed
Springs of time loosen, you slide
through the dream membrane
hurl of winter wind in trees
at the edge of a trail, a cave
ice blossoms embedded in rock
arc pools of light
a scarf of live salamanders lines a door
only your voice will unlock
your life peels back
in one long hush
