Words/exp. date
What is the shelf life of words?
Milk and cheese and canned foods
have an expiration date.
They are labeled so that you know
when it’s time to get rid of them.
Medication, herbs, anyting one might
think to consume has an expiration date,
something to warn us not to consume it
lest we become ill or worse.
But what about words?
How long should we carry those
in our heads before we let them
go to avoid further damage?

Such an important and powerful question. Some people never truly live their lives because they’re always carrying the past with them.
I agree with Philip: that question at end end is so powerful and invites the reader to consider it
Unfortunately I used voice text and anything became “anyting”
Thank you for overlooking that and seeing beyond it!
I immediately related to this, very powerful.
Thank you!
