What Doesn’t Kill You Doesn’t
Light dimmed like a firefly crushed
by your biting fingers keyboard
curses thrown daggers to my
spirit put back in the jar pressed
into the form of your expectations
Too sensitive
too sensitive
I run wild
escape the confines
of this mental
dungeon until
I am caught again
Firefly in a jar
waiting to die
