These days, I am confident in my crazy
I carry old lady hanky’s in my handbag in case the spirit moves me to tears.
I shake my head and cluck at the silliness of humans and how we all take things so very seriously
Yet we are still animals at our brain-core
I walk with my head high, eyes forward and ignore the neighbors chatting on the corner.
Aloof?
No, I simply do not have the energy to give to fake strangers.
I come and go, my inner circles spin elsewhere
