The Endless Battle of What to Eat
Make sure you eat 80-100 grams of protein a day
Okay, can you give me some examples?
And go easy on the carbs
I always have toast for breakfast
Energy drinks are bad, stick to coffee
Yeah, I can do that
But milk isn’t good for you: oat, almond, 2%
So I can only put sugar in it?
Well you should lay off sugar,
Makes your face look puffy
Oh, and milk is a good source of protein
Take it easy on the salt and the grease
You’ll never lose weight if you eat fast food
And don’t eat your food too fast,
It’ll be harder to digest
I haven’t had any greens today
Make sure you eat lots of fruits and veggies
But be careful, fruit has a lot of sugar
Count your calories, every meal, every day
Be on a calorie deficit
Skip the bun, the croutons, the cheese
A side salad instead of fries
Also, make sure you get 10,000 steps a day
And a 30 minute workout
Okay, I might have time before work
Dont forget to stretch!
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day
I think I have enough time for cereal
Too much sugar, I’ll wait until lunch
Chicken is great protein,
But make sure it’s grilled and not marinated
Make sure you get fat-free ranch
Drink a gallon of water
What if I want a coke to drink?
Make it a Coke Zero
I just got off, what’s still open?
Taco Bell and McDonald’s
Oh, I guess I’ll just wait until breakfast
But, all I have is toast
Guess I’ll see you at lunch then

Nice play on fast food in the second stanza!
Don’t forget about the fiber! I like your use of italics to split up the two voices. Milk being good and bad in the same stanza was a nice touch.
