On a personal note, I want to thank everyone who has read my work, commented, offered feedback, and written their own work for me to read this month. These 30 poems represent the first 30 I have written in 10 years, but I don’t plan on stopping any time soon. It has been a blast, and I cannot wait until next year.
I couldn’t possibly name everyone, but special thanks goes to these who have seemed to make a huge effort to read and comment regularly on my work: Kevin Nance, EE Packard, Shaun Turner, Pam Campbell. Your encouragement has meant the world to me!
Thanks also to Chris McCurry for inspiring me to join and motivating me to put my work out there.
🙂
Keep at it, David! Look forward to next year!
Also, good possibility I’d blow myself up making this Kentucky hug so will enjoy it virtually!
I love this! LoL I’ve got something similar in my Prohibition collection. (Great minds?) I think you’ve done it better. I love the typewriter font.
I have enjoyed your work this last month. Thank you for sharing it.
What a great way to close a productive and very creative month.
Keep distilling the hugs.
David, I’ve really enjoyed your unique and surprising poems all month! It’s been great to be in community with you!
