I saw the cover a long time ago
and I read the back description too
but I can’t remember why I didn’t buy it
then.
I thought about it a little after
and then I forgot about it
and then
for some reason
I thought about it again later.
It had a certain mood, a certain style
it was a great example of a type of story
that just doesn’t seem to exist anymore.
Then one day I finally bought it
and much later I finally read it
and the mood wasn’t that present
and the style not that distinct
and it wasn’t all that different
from something new I’d read
a weekend before.
