Are We All Just Writing the Same Poem Over and Over Again?
Are we all writing the same poem over and again?
We all writing the poem over and again?
All writing the poem over and?
Writing the poem over and
poem over and
over

I love how this poem fades out like a glitching recording. Thank you for sharing this piece!
Thank you! That is a cool way to look at it. πππ·
I really enjoyed this
Thank you! ππ
i always say i’ve written 20,000 poems since 1985… but in truth ive really written 20 poems a thousand times each. this points that out in the most lyrical fashion!
Ditto.
Completely agree here. And love this work and all y’all.
Agree completely here. And — and love all y’all! This work!

Thank you! Perhaps we are just living thematically (maybe a lil dramatically… but only melodramatically for humor), haha. The Apocalypse poem is written in this same scheme of “reduction” but I couldn’t decide the end so it has three, which I actually think works for it, but is still hilarious because of this poem that I actually wrote first. ππππ
One of my mentors told me that most people have about seven obsessions, and keep coming back to them. I think she’s right.
We are an obsessive lot. π Long ago Leatha gave me the book One Continuous Mistake and it is perfect. ππ»
I’m starting to think so π
perhaps one day we’ll write it just right. π·π·
