Breathe In, Breathe Out
Breathe in
Breathe out
Focus on your breath
Imagine the breath pandiculating
Up and down your
Spine
The mind may wander and that’s okay
“But what will I have for lunch today?”
If it does bring it
back to your breath
Your
Center
Where your breath lies
“Did I turn off my blow dryer?”
Breathe in
Breathe outttttttttttttttttt
Breathe in
Breathe out
Breathe in
Breathe out
Stay in that moment for as long as you need
“I really need to pee.”
Allowing your focus to be on your breath allowing it to fully blossom out of the chest, the lungs, the belly, but allow yourself to breathe
Breathe in
Breathe out
