I love this haiku and the sounds of “Cooped and crooked,”
A gem! Love “you ache up”,
resonant ❤️
OW! This is so relateable. I need to share it with one of my co-prisoners of chronic pain who had a nasty fall yesterday. She’s in dreadful pain. 8-( Thank you for this apt expression of “disjointed.”
So sorry to hear that you are in pain too. Hope your friend feels better soon. Sending healing in whatever form will get to you.
Terrific haiku!
Thank you Sir. I have been been enjoying yours so much, you inspired me to give it a try.
That middle line is elegant and creative!
