Doubt
After “Vessel” by Dry the River
I knelt Like a priest
waiting for
the
voice
We
waltz
But I see the host in
the burning branch It whispers
I don’t wanna be
the lonely architect
of your doubt

i love the ending of this poem! it carries a lot of weight. the form and line breaks are really cool too, would love to hear it read aloud to see how they come into play!
“The lonely architect of your doubt” is SUCH a beautiful line!!
