Inertia or Mental Illness?

To not do things
You love doing?
Wouldn’t it be great fun to…

But here you sit
Trying to think of reasons
Not to.

For what it’s worth- when I try to describe having ADHD to someone else, I compare it to Newton’s First Law- I will keep going until an outside force stops me, and/or stay stuck until an outside force moves me, but I can’t do either myself without significant difficulty, and I can’t choose which days will be super productive or super slothy. 🤷🏻♀️
