Mecha
A mechanical man
finds solace within hollow
bones that warp
under stress,
seeks home
within cold winds
and the water
that rust his gears,
a slow rot
that eats away at
outdated systems
leaves him both alone,
and at peace with
the stagnant moss
that jams his springs
in a graveyard of scraps
withering away,
in a lost tranquility.

Could see this all so damn boldly in my mind. Felt, sir. Truly felt.
For a feeling that’s hard to describe you describe it perfectly!
