Meditation
Blow on the worry pot
so it doesn’t boil over.
When the surface evens
it becomes a mirror.
Dive below reflection
into an ocean.
Let go the rope,
don’t touch bottom.

Mike, I loved how the last line interpolates the body of the poem.
“Let go the rope,
don’t touch bottom.”
I thought of suspension and ease working against the more chaotic elements. Thought stopping.

I loved the first stanza, but also they developing story
