It’s an ever present fact of life,
Wherever danger may be found pain will follow,
But pain is found in many places,
Even in joy,
Joy is were pain is felt most intensely,
Wounds heal over time,
Scar tissue fades with each tick of the clock,
However,
The pain felt from previous joy,
will never fade away
