I can’t find my rhythm
I don’t want to hate poetry
but I can’t find my rhythm
every lone line drawn
at an uneven pacing
it makes me feel angry
frustrated and cursed
an imposter who just can’t
seem to make the words work

I felt this so much! This has been me so often. Maybe worry less about the rhythm and more about the truth because you’ve got that locked down.
