Thanks Jim!
Yummy yum yum 😋
Tasty delicious wet and vanishing!
Delicate misty wondermenting.
Vanishing—I love that, Coleman! Thanks buddy.
beautiful Zen poem
Thanks Gaby! I loved your poem today…
A gentle image with a splash of color. Lovely!
Thanks H.A.!
Lovely haiku moment. I see it clearly.
Thanks Carole!
Wonderful! You can see the way Arthur Sze sees. A handful of words that open the door to something expansive.
Thanks Mike! He’s high on my list of poets to investigate once I come down from this Lexpomo cloud…
The Redshifting Web is a good place to start
👍
Now the morning begins lovely, Kevin.
Thanks Pam!
This sparks a very pretty mental image!
Thanks Lauren!
Lovely poem, lovely morning and much to investigate. I commented on the indentation in another of your poems. Here the form joins two ho-hum lines with a third to create an image that speaks in multiple ways to readers. Also, Sze’s book Transient Worlds is in my bedside stack. I’d not heard of him before his appointment so this is my venture into his thinking about the universe of poetry. Sze: topic for discussion after this June and before we immerse in the next LexPoMo!
Thanks Mary! Yes let’s see Sze!
Very in-the-moment and somehow wistful.
Thanks Nancy!
Love the sound of Cool June — this is a delightful meditation, and the hydrangea petals are so strong.
Thanks Bill. It’s about to get hot tho 😩
exquisite, just lovely
Thanks Manny!
What a stunning haiku. A pearl of a moment in time.
Thanks Karen!
A cool June morning is kind of unusual…like this haiku
I’ll take it as a compliment, Larry 😏
Late to the party – an evening response to a morning poem –
Thanks for honoring the hydrangea! A flower often overlooked. Colorful petals on the windshield is a nice message to you – I seem to remember that they symbolize gratitude, and I think Native Americans saw the flowers as a spiritual cleansing of some sort.
Wow, Sylvia! Good to know. And you’re welcome 😏
