Sponsored by Workhorse, Lexington Poetry Month is an easy to use
platform for poets to publish and share their work in an attractive
way. The community is supportive and diverse, commenting and
encouraging one another throughout June. Money we raise goes
to maintaining the cost of the website and publishing the yearly
anthology. Our goals are to provide every poet (~150) a copy of
the anthology, lower printing costs, and expand opportunities
offered during Lexington Poetry Month, such as featured readings
and poetry workshops.
Thanks. This is something I have been pondering for awhile, how we see people everywhere but each person is living in their own world, their own thoughts, that we know nothing about. I just find it interesting.
eyes to the right, eyes to the left, but must keep eyes straight ahead—So much happens in those fleeting moments. We can just take the feelings away with us. I like your writing about your thoughts…..Thank you
I have often wondered about people I see briefly. What their lives are like. Then I realize they might be looking at me and wondering the same thing! Depth in such a few words.
