1 1/2 cup Jasmine rice 

1/2 cup Brown Rice
3 Jalapenos 
1/2 Onion (yellow)
1/2 Black Beans (canned)
1 Anchovy (minced)
2 Garlic (minced) 
2 tbsp Avocado Oil
1/2 cup Chicken Broth 
1 tbsp Ghee 
2 cloves of Garlic 
2 cups of Kale (chopped)
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp White Pepper
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Cardamom
2 tbsp Turmeric
2 tbsp Curry Powder
2 tbsp Paprika 
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (5% fat, Plain)
1 tsp Chia seeds
1 cup Cashews
1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup Sunflower seeds
1/6th Lime
 
1) Remove seeds from jalapenos
2) Add jalapenos and onion to rice before steaming 
3) Halfway through, add black beans, chicken broth, avocado oil, garlic, and anchovy 
4) After steaming rice, add every ingredient and stir rapidly before finishing with Greek yogurt
