Gone in 30 Seconds
Sometimes it’s little things
semi-trucks, waves,
airplane wings, elephants,
grains of sand, and
your love.
They get bigger as they get closer.
Some things contain the whole universe.

A wondrous gathering (grains of sand a great inclusion) and way of thinking—thank you. Love this poem!
I love this….. the play on perspective. I could hear the Doppler effect,
This is beautiful
I love a good small poem that looks perfect on the page.
Great poem:
the way you use
perspective
this poem is so tender and hopeful-all feeling
The phrase “your love” jumps out at me.
And this little poem, too!
This works very well, great in fact…
