HELD BY GOD
YOU,
Joyfully, occupy your vision with ficticious monsters, which you claim as yours.
I,
Being the beast of your conception, stand shunned, shamed and unsure.
WE,
Are all good, we’re all visibly unharmed, and though you’re alarmed,
I’m,
The monster that made your laughter heard.
There Is,
A level of respect, fearless awe and belief.
Honestly,
What we’re all capable of exceeds everything the mortal eye can see.
Faith,
The belief in things unseen and a trust that carries you to a place where you, feel, free.
Wasted,
Our time again without hope for forgiveness.
Those,
Inside of this unit hope for change and self reflection,
All while caring even less.
Knowledge,
Doesn’t necessarily mean,
You know we’re on this ledge, on precarious legs.

There are three levels to this poem per stanza. And each one makes you stop to think about it all. The first stanza, though, is mind-bending when put like that. This piece definitely makes you think.
This one dove deep, sir. Well done!
Thank you
I’m growing with each not of constructive direction.
This is a very impactful way to structure this particular poem, sir! Layer upon layer as Eric said. The first line is brilliant.
Thank you
