I love this, Carole—especially the first three stanzas, which feel so personal.
Thanks!
I have more of these.
Gorgeous. So much beautiful emotion and sound weaving throughout. I especially enjoyed “ art explodes / everywhere her / exhuberance …”!
Thanks!
You are the empress of the snapshot poem and I love the way you wove them together. What a delight! What a landing!
Thanks!
Beautifully wrought collection of snapshots.
I miss those streets.

Thanks!
It always warms my heart to see Third Street Stuff make its way into Lexpomo.
Love these glimpses of Lexington!
Thanks, Linda!
I appreciate how you name Jack. I always refer to the the man who lives under our railroad bridge as “the man who lives under the bridge” and have only thought about leaving him a sandwich.
