Sponsored by Workhorse, Lexington Poetry Month is an easy to use
platform for poets to publish and share their work in an attractive
way. The community is supportive and diverse, commenting and
encouraging one another throughout June. Money we raise goes
to maintaining the cost of the website and publishing the yearly
anthology. Our goals are to provide every poet (~150) a copy of
the anthology, lower printing costs, and expand opportunities
offered during Lexington Poetry Month, such as featured readings
and poetry workshops.
Yes !
Chilling. Went straight into my heart.
So powerful and perfectly crafted. I need this embroidered on something. Haiku master, you are.
Thanks, Donna! Send me one of those embroidered cushions, will you? 😉
Great…not a morning person either
For sure. And I’m never prepared for it.
A childhood fear of mine. Now an adulthood fear! Nice one!
that’s powerful
I still look under my bed for the flying monkeys before I get in bed at night. Creepy.
I think this might be my absolute favorite! Are you on some kind of writer’s diet we should know about?
Had to read this two or three times to absorb its creepiness. Can’t get any darker.
Chilling!
I like this as a pair to they one about the sun bean coming in and saying everything will be ok
