Sponsored by Workhorse, Lexington Poetry Month is an easy to use platform for poets to publish and share their work in an attractive way. The community is supportive and diverse, commenting and encouraging one another throughout June. Money we raise goes to maintaining the cost of the website and publishing the yearly anthology. Our goals are to provide every poet (~150) a copy of the anthology, lower printing costs, and expand opportunities offered during Lexington Poetry Month, such as featured readings and poetry workshops.

Bio for 2020

Reva is a proud Kentuckian, cat mom, and hairstylist. She has always loved the Arts. She started writing and getting back to her creative roots over the past couple of years. Simultaneously, she started enjoying her life a little more:)

Reason for signing up:

I joined because it seems to be a creative, driven community. Writing has been a solo journey for me, providing a lot of healing and freedom. Now I have time and energy to dive deeper into my hobbies!
