Bio for 2025

Jess is a graduate student and aspiring clinical counselor with a passion for trauma-informed care. She is a mother, advocate, and lifelong writer whose work is rooted in healing, resilience, and radical honesty. Jess draws from both professional experience and personal history to support youth and families navigating complex trauma. She lives in Kentucky with her fiancée and their three children, and dreams of one day opening a residential treatment center for adolescents and publishing her writing.
