to challenge myself to focus more on what I enjoy and worry less about things out of my control
I’m hoping this year’s challenge will help me work through my burnout and get me writing semi-regularly again!
I enjoy the challenge of writing a poem every day. I’ve never been able to write every day, but I write more each year I participate.
1. Seeking poetry community.
2. My Hindman Settlement School buddies invited me.
3. Need more creative challenges in my life.
My girlfriend is a huge inspiration for me. She saw my creative talents being used when I would have random conversations with strangers and said, “You should write this stuff down!” I am now learning this craft one day at a time. ❤️☁️
I want to be challenged to try new techniques and maybe learn something along the way.
