Oh dear. Although the part about making her feel tall makes a certain kind of sense.
Our daughters talk about what version of feminism we are in these days. What do I know? I was walking around in jackets with big bossy shoulder pads.
Thanks, all — yes, Kevin, tall makes sense — but a goal for a nine-year-old girl? Amy, I think I still have a dress with shoulder pads! Update: The shoes turn out to not be getting that much love; she’s into cartwheels, thank goodness.
