13 Ways of Cutting up a Veggie
(After watching Cooking YouTuber Ethan Chlebowski)
Among twenty temptations
to parody Walkace Stevens,
I’ll keep this short and juicy:

that goes with salmon.
Slice a large tomato–
a quarter beef patty-wide–
to perfect the buttered
English muffin sandwich.
Try new methods, uncover truths:

Tasty! Love the twist at the end
This is such a playful piece and I love the ending.
Fun poem and good things to know. And yes, technically, they are fruit, but I still prefer to think of them as a vegetable.
Lovely sensory-filled, playful poem! The Wallace Steven’s reference is great, too.
Short and juicy it is! Love watching you play with words and ideas, Tabitha!
