Gentle Reminder
Seek again
the earth’s
rhythmic
underpinnings,
surrender
to stillness
until you feel
in your blood
the tilt
of sphere
on axis.
Gather
with the stars
for their evening
meeting, sense
in your body
the dance
you were born
knowing.
When
the heart
is too heavy
to sing,
remember
the song
all around you
is miracle
enough.
