The phrase “rewilding caterpillars” is so unique; I would never think to describe them this way. Thank you for offering us a new perspective! I also enjoy the consonance of “caterpillars pollinate…fritillary butterflies.” It adds whimsical music to this lovely verse!
Your yard sounds like mine. Love it.
Sounds beautiful to me.
Food (nectar) for thought! I love violets in my grass (can’t really call it a lawn) but not in my gardens! Very nice, Gaby.
Two beauties – violets and butterflies. Your poems are small but mighty!!
Love the music of “fritillary.”
“REWILDING” Wow. I reread that word several times. How creative.
Love the rewinding.
fritillary butterflies=luscious
I also love “rewilding/caterpillars”

I just read a book on the concept of rewilding—great to see it’s in the lexicon!
