Here’s to year five!

Writing poetry is a good stretch for my fiction writer’s brain, so I’m trying this yet again.

I was encouraged to register for LexPoMo last year and enjoyed the challenge so much I looked forward to trying it again. I love the challenge of writing a poem a day as well as reading the writing of others.

I enjoy the month of June better if I am well and writing.

I want to read words written by humans.

I signed up because I want to continue to inspire and be inspired by this incredible community of writers in Lexington.

I crave connection, beauty, and hope.
