Sponsored by Workhorse, Lexington Poetry Month is an easy to use platform for poets to publish and share their work in an attractive way. The community is supportive and diverse, commenting and encouraging one another throughout June. Money we raise goes to maintaining the cost of the website and publishing the yearly anthology. Our goals are to provide every poet (~150) a copy of the anthology, lower printing costs, and expand opportunities offered during Lexington Poetry Month, such as featured readings and poetry workshops.

Bio (she/her)

Linda Meg Frith earned an MSSW at the Kent School of Social Work, University of Louisville. In previous iterations of her life, she taught adult education classes, including poetry, vocabulary and public speaking. She has published poetry in River and South, eMerge, Rainy Weather Days, />Amethyst Review, Eclectica Magazine, and was the featured <poet in the September issue of Tipton Poetry Journal. She received a Pushcart Prize nomination for her poem, Home is Where the Hurt Is. Linda Meg currently lives in Louisville, KY.
