I was so distressed last year when I was unable to get onto Accents blog for LexPoMo, due to techno difficulties that as soon as I got the email to sign up I jumped at the opportunity. I enjoy reading poems by my peers and the writers in Lexington. I want to be part of this community of great writers, poets and people.

Well there's, the group dynamic, the networking, the novelty of doing this on the Internet, there's the chance to get better or stay the same, the chance to make a friend or two. Yah know what there's a lot of good reasons but it all came down to a few glasses of courage and a "why not!".
